  • The benefit of arranging a visit to the customer’s location is to evaluate the area, recommend the best coverage option, and allow the customer to try and choose their preferred scent samples.

  • Allure Scents devices use cold air scenting technology, where a cold air pump safely delivers the oil to the upper part of the device. Advanced nano-technology converts the oil into small particles, spreading a concentrated and safe fragrance, free of alcohol, throughout your space. Unlike other diffusers that burn the oil and may cause serious health problems or increase sensitivities, our machines are internationally approved for safety and are produced to meet high standards.

Devices:

  • Allure Scents devices use the cold diffusion technique, utilizing an air pump to convert the oil into tiny particles (mist).
  • DR.Mini, LED, LCD, Voltalia LED, Voltalia LCD.

 

  • Allure Scents devices freshen the air, improve concentration, and add a personal touch to your space, but they do not purify or disinfect the air.

 

  • Allure Scents devices can be used in all rooms, spaces, and vehicles. Devices are available for small spaces of 30 square meters to large areas of 900 square meters, as well as specialized devices designed for scenting cars.
  • Maintenance and cleaning services are available free of charge within the warranty period.
  • Some models can be controlled via a mobile application and Bluetooth. Devices can be programmed for working days, hours, and aroma strength. For instructions, refer to our YouTube channel.
  • Customized images or logos can be added to PED devices. Provide your desired image, and Allure Scents will print and add it to the device for you.

Aroma Oils:

  • This depends on the machine size, oil bottle size, and usage strength. On average, refilling is required monthly.

  • Allure Scents Aroma oils are approved by global and local authorities, including IFRA. They are safe for use around children and pets.

  • Water cannot be added to Allure Scents oils, as they are ready to use directly in the diffusers.
  • Allure Scents oils do not leave any residue on furniture.
  • It is not recommended, as it may affect the device’s performance.
  • Allure Scents manufactures aroma oils in the UK and aerosol sprays in the UAE.
  • No, our oils are not organic due to the high cost and low evaporation tendency of organic oils. Synthetic carriers approved internationally are used to disperse the oils safely.
  • Yes, a signature scent can be created for companies by providing a sample and specifying the desired quantity.

Maintenance and Warranty:

  • A 1-year warranty is provided from the date of purchase.
  • No fees are charged during the warranty period. Afterward, fees depend on the specific issue.

Rental Contracts:

  • Yes, rental options are available for private and governmental companies and restaurants.
  • A 3-day trial is available for companies.
  • The cost of the rented device must be paid in case of loss or damage.
  • Scent changes can be done during the next monthly refill.
  • Contracts last 12 months and are renewable. Companies must provide the necessary documents to enter into an agreement.

Exchange and Return Policy:

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase if the device is unused and the aroma oil remains unopened.

  • Refunds are allowed within 3 days if the device is unused. Devices cannot be returned after use, and oils must be unopened.
  • The main office operates Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Kiosk hours follow mall timings.
