Return and Exchange Policy
1. Return/Exchange Eligibility
- Time Frame: Products can be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.
- Condition of the Product:- The product must be unused, sealed, and include all original packaging, accessories, free items, and any other components received during delivery.
- Non-Refundable Items: Items such as aerosol sprays, fabric sprays, and ceramics are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Discounted Items: Returns for discounted items are only accepted during the validity of the offer.
- The original invoice or receipt must be provided for all returns or exchanges.
 
2. Return Process
- Return Request: 
 To start the return process, please contact Allure Scents customer service at info@allurescents.ae .Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and the original receipt.
- Inspection: 
 Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return conditions. You will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Issuance: 
 If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-14 business days.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you do not receive your refund within the specified time, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account for any pending transactions.
- If the payment was made by card, contact your card issuer, as processing times may vary.
